What is the Signature Supima Tee made from?

The Signature Supima Tee is made from premium Supima® cotton, selected for its softness, strength, and comfortable everyday feel.

What color is the shirt?

The launch color is Natural—a warm, understated off-white selected to complement the signature earth-brown embroidery. Slight differences may appear because of lighting and screen settings.

How does the shirt fit?

The Signature Supima Tee has a classic unisex fit designed for comfortable everyday wear. Select your usual size for the intended fit and review the Size Guide on the product page for exact garment measurements.

What sizes are available?

The Signature Supima Tee is currently available in sizes S through 3XL. Available sizes are shown on the product page and may change as inventory is updated.

How is the Norahs emblem applied?

The Norahs elephant emblem is embroidered directly into the upper-left chest using signature Brunette Brown thread. It is not printed, ironed on, or applied as a patch.

How should I care for my shirt?

Machine wash cold with similar colors and turn the shirt inside out before washing. Hang drying is recommended to minimize shrinkage and help preserve the shirt’s fit, softness, and embroidery.

If using a dryer, tumble dry on low heat and remove promptly. Do not bleach or iron directly over the embroidery.

Will the shirt shrink?

As with most cotton garments, some shrinkage may occur, particularly when exposed to heat. Washing in cold water and hang drying are recommended to minimize shrinkage.

How long does order processing take?

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Processing time is separate from the carrier’s delivery time.

How long does delivery take?

After processing, standard domestic delivery generally takes approximately 3–7 business days. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside Norahs’ control may affect delivery.

Where does Norahs currently ship?

Norahs currently ships to eligible addresses within the United States. International shipping is not currently available.

How much does shipping cost?

Available shipping options and charges are calculated and displayed during checkout before payment is submitted.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping-confirmation email containing available tracking information. Tracking activity may take up to 48 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Can I change my shipping address?

Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an address error. We will make reasonable efforts to update it, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or been transferred to the carrier.

What is the Norahs return window?

Eligible merchandise may be returned within 30 calendar days of the date your order was delivered.

What condition must a returned item be in?

Returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition. It must be free of stains, odors, deodorant marks, pet hair, and other signs of wear, and include the original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.

How do I start a return?

Email support@norahs.co with your order number and reason for the return.

Please do not mail merchandise back before receiving return authorization and instructions. Unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs when returning an item because of sizing, fit, preference, or a change of mind.

Norahs will cover reasonable return-shipping costs when an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.

Can I exchange my shirt for another size?

To avoid inventory delays, Norahs does not process direct exchanges. If you need a different size, request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery and place a new order for the preferred size. New orders are subject to availability and are charged separately. The original item must meet all return-eligibility requirements before a refund is approved.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Contact Norahs within seven calendar days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photographs of both the package and affected item.

Please retain the original packaging while the issue is reviewed.

What does the name Norahs mean?

Norahs is Sharon spelled in reverse. The name honors the founder’s mother and carries her influence, strength, style, and devotion to family forward.

What does the elephant emblem represent?

The two elephants represent wisdom, strength, protection, leadership, and family—the qualities at the heart of the Norahs story.
